This PCB was featured in my short about making a USB Hub. It is a small, USB hub PCB which can split one USB port into two at USB 2 speeds.

I can not attest to the quality of this PCB (it feels pretty cheap, but who knows). However for only a few dollars it's probably worth picking up and fiddling with if you're in search of a small hub and are not focused on high speeds.
